Terms Of Use

Another Year Already grants permission to the undersigned for personal use of
the digital file and reproduction only.

The undersigned will remain owner of these permissions only
for reproduction for personal use as long as the following terms are met:

1. Any sale of any image in connection with this agreement is strictly prohibited.
Any publication or exhibition is also prohibited without
mutual consent of the parties involved in this agreement.

2. The Licensee may not post the Licensed Material online in a downloadable format without
written consent of Another Year Already. Any reproduction, as mutually agreed, of these images
must include the companies name and copyright symbol as shown below:

3. This License is for a single user only. Under no circumstances may the Licensed Material
be used by more than one user unless a separate license is purchased
for each additional user, before such additional use begins.

4. The Licensed Material may not be used in a pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise
illegal manner, whether directly or in conjunction with other materials.

Ownership of the Licensed Material does not grant permission to claim the design as
your own. Ownership is limited to personal reproduction only and any reproduction or
misuse is otherwise unlawful.

Digital File Purchase Agreement

You, the undersigned, by clicking “I Agree” below, are agreeing to preceeding
terms and conditions in their entirety, that you have read and understand them,
are in full compliance with them and acknowledge that you are entering into
a binding agreement of these terms between yourself and Another Year Already.

All sales of digital products are final. While we cannot provide refunds on digital products,
(i.e.: any products downloaded electronically.) we do strive to provide complete
